ZapCom to set up AI CoE in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: ZapCom Group Inc, a US-based product engineering and solutions company, has chosen Hyderabad as the location to establish a Center of Excellence (CoE) specialised in artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) driven products for the travel and hospitality, fintech, and retail sectors.
ZapCom's presence is spread across the United States (California, Texas, and Florida), Central America, and India. The proposed CoE in Hyderabad will initially employ 500, expanding to 1,000+ within a year. This decision was announced following a meeting between the leadership team of ZapCom, led by its Founder & CEO Kishore Pallamreddy with Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao in Washington DC.
